The Simons, Friedman, Lui, and Parks (2002) article did a great job of validating the measure of BI (which I will use), but I see that your measure of Trust in the Manager was self-developed based on the Mayer et al conceptualization (which I agree with as well).  Can you please share what the other 3 items in your 6-item measure were, so I can see how closely they align with some of the recommendations by Schoorman et al?  Thanks!
