Here's a short one:

Can we assume that personal views on behavoral integrity reflect authenticity? In other words, if my words reflect my actions I will feel more authentic? Or is it the other way around?

I have found, personally, that striving to keep words and action aligned does cause one to sometimes re-examine internal values — for example, when you make a promise that you repeatedly break.  Do I really want to lose five pounds?  And yes, success in keeping the alignment “feels” more authentic.

I think the causality runs both ways, though — as internal alignment (authenticity) facilitates promise-keeping and accurate self-description.
